My Dream

新华网北京6月5日电（记者汪涌、高鹏）北京奥运会志愿者项目5日在北京举行启动仪式，标志着《北京2008年奥运会志愿者行动》启动。北京奥运会志愿者工作协调小组办公室主任、共青团北京市委书记关成华，在启动仪式结束后接受新华社记者专访时，对这一行动进行了解读。
关成华介绍，预计直接服务于北京奥运会的志愿者总数约为7万人，直接服务于北京残奥会的志愿者约为3万人，共计约为10万人。
这些由北京奥组委正式制证的志愿者，将以在北京学习的60多万名大学生为主体选拔组成。有特殊需要的志愿者将面向各省、自治区、直辖市和海外征召。志愿者将分为10类，分别是大学生志愿者，中学生志愿者，社会志愿者，各省、自治区、直辖市志愿者，奥运五城市志愿者，港澳台志愿者，海外华人华侨志愿者，在北京的外国留学生志愿者，国际志愿者，专业志愿者。
关成华介绍了北京奥运会志愿者的基本条件：截至2008年4月年满18周岁以上，遵守中国法律法规，具备指定岗位要求的能力和素质，自愿为北京奥运会提供义务服务，接受北京奥组委领导和管理等。另外，他们都应具备使用外语进行交流的能力，不同的岗位会有不同的具体要求。
关成华说，北京奥组委将通过公开招募和定向招募两种方式选拔志愿者。面向社会通过互联网等方式直接接受志愿者报名申请进行公开招募的，将于2006年8月启动，至2008年4月结束。定向招募将于2005年下半年开始。
两种招募方式的主要流程包括：申请人报名、材料审核、工作预分配及面试、初步定岗、发出录用通知、志愿者接受任务等。最终签署承诺书的人员将正式成为奥运会志愿者，在指定时间和岗位为北京奥运会或残奥会提供服务。
北京奥组委将针对不同服务岗位的需求，培训选拔出来的志愿者。培训分为通用、专业、岗位3部分。
关成华说，奥运会的志愿者服务是人生一段非常难得的经历。如果以便于看比赛、接触明星等为目的参与奥运会志愿者工作，一定会失望的，因为奥运会志愿者有明确的岗位分工和证件分类，应当准备当默默无闻努力工作的“无名英雄”。北京奥运会和残奥会期间，奥组委将向赛会志愿者提供保险、制服以及北京市内交通、餐饮和其他必要的条件。从国外和北京之外城市前来的志愿者，除了要自行负担往返的交通费用外，还需自行解决在北京的住宿。（完）
